Delivery
We dispatch items with 24 hours of payment Monday to Friday and delivery will require a signature. Where multiple orders are placed, items are posted individually to ensure adequate insurance.
Free UK Delivery orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. The majority of our UK orders are then received the next working day. Royal Mails delivery aim is 2-3 working days but please allow up to 15 working days.
Next Day Special Delivery is available at £4.00 Payment must be received by 12:00 Mon - Thur to ensure next day delivery. Where Next Day Special Delivery is purchased on a Friday, you will receive your item the follwoing Monday.

Return policy
We have a no quibble return policy. If you want to return/exchange an item, then just notify us within 7 days of receipt (by phone or e-mail) and you then have up to one month to return the item/s.
All items returned must be suitable for resale - unused/unwashed with tags intact and in original packaging. Unless faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and a £2.50 administration fee* will be deducted to cover original dispatch costs, although this is waivered if an item is returned for exchange. ALL exchanges are also free of re-dispatch postage costs.
Upon receipt of the returned item we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item, less administration fee,* to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase transaction.
We strongly recommend you use a recorded service and obtain proof of posting for all returns/exchanges as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
NB: We cannot refund or credit worn/washed goods unless faulty. Please be certain of your choice before washing or using.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is found to be faulty or damaged when received you must advise us immediately. You will then be advised to return the item and upon receipt and inspection we will send a replacement or refund as appropriate. Your return postage cost in this instance would be reimbursed.

How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the goods being received by Babyoo; you will receive notification that your refund has been actioned.

Securely repackage your item, including your purchase details and place a return address label on the parcel. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded service to return the item as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Ensure you obtain proof of postage.
